About the Biotech Showcase 2009
OBJECTIVE: Created with the support and sponsorship of biotechnology industry associations, the 2009 Biotech Showcase will provide private biotechnology companies, pharmaceutical executives and investors an opportunity to meet in one place during the course of the largest annual healthcare investor conference. This event will attract investors interested in biotechnology as well as biopharmaceutical executives from around the world. It is a perfect opportunity to showcase private companies in a facility located in the heart of Union Square.
PROGRAM: The one-day program will consist of two tracks of 15-minute company presentations, one-to-one meetings and networking opportunities.
ATTENDEES: The attendees for the showcase include biopharmaceutical industry executives, investors, analysts and other industry professionals
ONE-TO-ONE MEETINGS: Space is available in the Marines' Memorial Club for semi-private and private meetings on Tuesday, January 13 and Wednesday, January 14. Registrants of the Showcase will have access to the semi-private space. Suites are available for private meetings for an additional fee. Space can be booked on an hourly basis on a first come, first served basis.
ORGANIZERS: The Showcase is organized by Demy-Colton Life Science Advisors and the EBD Group. Both organizations have a long history of providing business development support services to the biotechnology industry.
