 David McWilliams
Mr. McWilliams has over 30 years experience in building biopharmaceutical and healthcare companies. He has been the chief executive officer of five startups, including Encysive Pharmaceuticals (ENCY) and Repros Therapeutics (RPRX). Previously he was President and CEO of several diagnostic healthcare companies, a senior executive at Abbott Laboratories and a management consultant with McKinsey & Co. He received an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago and a BA in Chemistry, Phi Beta Kappa, from Washington and Jefferson College. Mr. McWilliams is a director of Novelos Therapeutics, Norwell Inc. and ApoCell Biosciences.
